Foxes one of 1000 Most Influential Londoners – Windsor Music Festival

Female singer Foxes has made it onto the Evening Standard’s 1000 Most Influential Londoners list.

The list includes politicians, the royal family, scientists etc and she describes it as “incredible” and “a real honour”.

Foxes, who is based in Dalston, North-East London, has recently returned home after touring with American singer-songwriter Pharrell Williams, during which time she performed as the opening act for over 20 dates, including London’s 02 Arena.

She was invited to join Pharrell on his tour after he heard her Radio One Live Lounge cover of his number one hit “Happy” where she created a downbeat version by combining the track with Massie Attack’s “Teardrop”.
