TERMS & CONDITIONS
THE POSSESSION OF A WINDSOR MUSIC FESTIVAL TICKET CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE BY THE HOLDER OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ADVICE DETAILED BELOW AND IMPLIES AN UNDERTAKING ON THE PART OF THE HOLDER TO ACCEPT THEM.
• All conditions on this ticket are to be read together with all other statements and or directives either shown on the ticket or displayed on the premises including Royal Windsor Racecourse Terms and Conditions of entry.
• In the event of a breach of this contract by the promoter, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach, which was not reasonably foreseeable by the supplier at the date of this contract.
• The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the holder if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter admission of the holder to the festival site might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the festival, for example, if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively. Strictly no illegal substances will be permitted into the festival grounds, persons entering the festival grounds may be searched as a condition of the premises license.
• No camping is allowed at the Windsor Music Festival and Royal Windsor Racecourse site.
• You are NOT permitted to take food or beverage into the site apart from a small-unopened plastic bottle of water.
• There are disabled facilities including viewing platforms for the main stage. There is disabled parking and toilets. There is no separate ticket for disabled patrons. For further info visit www.windsormusicfestival.co.uk
• No animals will be admitted to the site, except guide dogs or hearing dogs.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 or older
• Please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol. Please bring ID to show you are over 18.
• No tape or video recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens or fireworks will be permitted on site.
• Under no circumstances will duplicate tickets be issued if lost or damaged. Keep your ticket safe at all times.
• No pass outs will be issued to ticket holders, please ensure you have everything before entering the site.
• Tickets are not transferrable or refundable and only valid when purchased from an official agent of Windsor Music Festival. Strictly no photocopies.
• No refunds or ticket exchanges are available in the case of inclement weather.
• All vehicles parked or stored within the Racecourse or Racecourse Car Park are parked at the owners risk and the Racecourse accepts no responsibility for such vehicles.
• Ticket holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes.
• The promoters reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the site.
• Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs this ticket is for an event and not a specific artist/band. The organisers reserve the right to change the bill or running time without prior notice.
• If the festival is cancelled, the organisers shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the ticketholder, including but not limited to, accommodation or transport costs or any direct or indirect losses or damage of whatever kind.
• The promoters reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this ticket in accordance with any new laws, legislation or internal company policies.
