Access is available from 11:00 hrs, the entertainment on the main stage starts at 12:00 hrs (although all running times are subject to change)
The entertainment on the main stage finishes at 22:30 hrs
No pass outs will be issued to ticket holders, please ensure you have everything before entering the site.
There will be activities taking place and artists performing throughout the event, these will be confirmed nearer the date
There are no facilities for WiFi at the Royal Windsor Race Course on the day
Yes, there are cash machines to the rear of the Royal Windsor Grandstand, in the conservatory entrance of the Club Grandstand and in the Silver Ring Restaurant.
Yes, the majority of parking is free, VIP parking areas are available for a fee and will need to be booked when buying your tickets via our ticket agent
As this is a one-day event, there are no camping facilities available
Only blankets for seating are permitted into the main festival area. Strictly no chairs, gazebos or anything that will restrict the views of other festivalgoers.
Domestic cameras are normally permitted for personal use, which includes digital cameras with a detachable lens. However, professional cameras and video/audio equipment are not allowed. Live video/audio recordings made without the permission of the artiste/promoter are also forbidden.
With the exception of guide dogs and hearing dogs, no animals are allowed on site
Whatever the weather, the show must go on and the event will go ahead regardless of rain, wind etc. As this is predominantly an outdoor event, please dress and come prepared adequately for the weather conditions.

Food and Drink
You are strictly prohibited from bringing your own food and alcohol into the festival. Fear not, however, as there are restaurants, bars and stalls where a wide selection of food and drink can be purchased.
Disabled Access
Facilities for the disabled are as follows:
- Disabled parking spaces (Blue Badge holders only)
- Disabled toilets around venue
- Hearing Aid loops available at the Racecourse Office
- Lift access to all floors in the Royal Windsor Grandstand
- Lift access to the ground floor of the Paddock Pavilion
- Raised viewing in the Club Enclosure
